4. Guide with Emily

Guide with Emily is an AI-powered conversational experience designed around Emily's own teachings, perspectives, language and guidance style. It is not Emily personally responding live and it is not a psychic reading. AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation, so users should apply their own judgement and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. Guide with Emily does not provide personalized psychic predictions, timelines or intuitive forecasting.

 

5. Bookings and availability

Appointments and services are subject to availability. Any booking, rescheduling, cancellation or attendance conditions shown on the booking page or at checkout form part of these Terms. Please check your booking details carefully, including the date, time, time zone and service selected.

 

6. Payments

Prices are displayed on the website or booking platform at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

 

7. Refunds, cancellations and Australian Consumer Law

Any cancellation or rescheduling rules shown at the time of booking apply to change-of-mind cancellations, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
